Azzi-Hayasa

Proposed reconstruction based on Hittite synchronisms.

Anniya (in Azzi)985-c.984?

Nairi

As many as 51 tribes.

Kingdom of Biainili (also known as Urartu)

The Assyrian name “Urarturi” is first attested in the time of Shulmanu-Asharid 1 (NC 1125-1096). These are OC standard dates for these kings. I am unsure as to any NC implications.

Tukulti-Ninurta 2 (OC 890-884) installed a governor, Amme-Ba’al over the region, having subjugated the Nairi tribes.
